Ginastera is operated by Izcaray LLC, an Alabama limited liability company. These terms govern your use of ginastera.com and the Ginastera application.
Ginastera is a reference and planning tool for orchestral repertoire: instrumentation data, hiring economics, season planning and performance history. Instrumentation is compiled from published sources and, where a figure is not verified, it is shown as TBD rather than guessed. Always confirm instrumentation against the publisher's official parts list before contracting musicians or renting materials. We do not accept liability for hiring or budget decisions made from this data.
Plans are Student ($3/month), Amateur ($6/month), Individual Pro ($14/month) and Institutional (from $1,800/year), in US dollars. Every account begins with a 7-day free trial with full access; no card is required to start the trial.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Charges appear on your statement as GINASTERA.
You may cancel at any time from the Accounts tab in the application, which opens the Stripe billing portal. On cancellation your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed. We do not pro-rate partial months.
If you are dissatisfied within 14 days of a charge, email support@ginastera.com and we will refund that charge in full, no argument. Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded. Institutional agreements may be governed by a separate written contract, which prevails over this section where the two differ.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Your saved work — programs, rosters, budgets and performance records — belongs to you. We do not sell personal data. You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support.
Accounts are for the named individual or, for Institutional plans, the named organization. Please do not resell, scrape wholesale, or redistribute the catalogue as a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that do so, or that attempt to disrupt the service.
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes affecting price or your rights will be announced by email to the address on your account before they take effect.
